CREATOR & BUYER TERMS
Original moves. Clear claims. Continued review.
Pre-launch policy draft · Updated September 14, 2026. This page describes the current site. Commercial services require finalized terms and a legal review before launch.
Publishing and pricing
Creators must be 18 or older, use their own signed-in identity, and have the rights to publish the motion and accompanying content. Describe the intended robot, behavior and limitations accurately. You may offer an original move free or list a proposed USD price.
A listing can be published before review, visibly marked as awaiting listing review. Paid listings currently collect access requests only: payment processing, seller onboarding, taxes, commissions, payouts and buyer entitlements are not activated. Publishing a price does not create earnings or guarantee sales. Final seller economics require separate acceptance before paid transactions begin.
Training only and creator-tested labels
Training only means the creator is not claiming completed testing on a physical robot. Robot tested · creator claim means the creator says they tested it and provides model, firmware, date, conditions and limitations. VVS has not independently verified that claim.
Listing reviewed is a content moderation status. It is not a certification, warranty of compatibility or approval to operate hardware. Every physical deployment requires separate retargeting, controlled validation and approval by the responsible on-site operator. Do not send files directly to hardware merely because they can be downloaded here.
Ongoing review and removal
VVS may review a listing, its claims and delivered files before or after publication, download or a future sale. It may pause distribution, require corrections, reject, restrict or remove content for safety concerns, failed technical validation, model or firmware incompatibility, misleading claims, rights complaints, prohibited content, fraud, abuse or legal requirements.
Review decisions can change as new evidence, hardware behavior or compatibility information becomes available. A prior approval or sale does not exempt a listing from later review. Where practical, the creator will see a reason in their listing and may appeal through support. Urgent restrictions may occur before notice.
A removal stops new distribution through VVS but cannot recall copies already downloaded. Creators should report material issues promptly. For future paid purchases affected by removal or a defective or misdescribed move, VVS must provide an appropriate support and remedy process under the sale terms and applicable law; this policy does not authorize keeping payments regardless of consumer rights.
Move license and sharing
Unless separately agreed before purchase, a downloaded move is licensed non-exclusively for the recipient’s personal simulation and training use. Ownership of the underlying creation is not transferred. No resale, redistribution, sublicensing or relisting is granted. Commercial physical-robot use requires a separate agreement and operator approval.
You may share a marketplace listing URL on social platforms. Do not present a creator claim as VVS certification or misrepresent a demonstration as a working physical-robot connection. Links are subject to the website’s audience and sign-in settings.
Reports and appeals
Use Privacy choices → Copyright or content report, or email info@vvsrobotics.com. Include the listing URL, the issue and supporting non-sensitive information. For a rights claim, identify the protected work and explain your authority; further verification may be requested.
Creators may withdraw their own listing. VVS may retain minimal ownership, consent and review records for disputes or legal obligations. Public sharing and download copies may persist outside VVS control.
