Choose the role that fits your occasion
A robot can welcome guests at arrival, become a focal point for a product launch, or anchor an interactive competition. We work from your event goals to propose the right format.
- Greeters and photo opportunities
- Choreographed performances and demonstrations
- Branded experiences and presentation moments
- Supervised robot boxing with guest participation
What we need to build your quote
Send your preferred date, city and venue, estimated guest count, budget, and the experiences you want. Include access restrictions, load-in timing, floor space, accessibility needs, and any branding requests you already know. We review robot availability, staffing, transport, and setup before confirming the scope.
From Greenwood to your venue
Our base is Greenwood, South Carolina. Travel and service availability are assessed for each event request, including events outside the local area. A submitted form is a request for a proposal; the event is booked only after availability, scope, and terms are agreed.
YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.
How much does it cost to rent robots for an event?
Pricing depends on the robots, number of operators, event length, location, travel, ring setup, and customization. Use the event form to receive a quote for your specific venue and format.
Can a robot be customized for our brand?
Brand colors, decals, greetings, and performance ideas can be discussed during planning. Hardware compatibility, production lead time, and the approved performance scope determine what can be delivered.
Do you offer events outside South Carolina?
You can request an event outside South Carolina. VVS confirms travel, robot availability, venue suitability, and costs for each proposal.
